Refund not initiated
I had booked tickets to fly with Indigo through www.easemytrip.com .
The flight had to be rescheduled due to personal reasons. The booking id is EMT******** (PNR : RKM*WJ). On checking with indigo they confirmed that they have refunded the amount of Rs ***** to easemytrip but its been over * weeks and these guys have not initiated anything nor have they updated my ticket in their portal. They just give the excuse that they will give an update and it is being processed. Please help.
