I purchased Skechers Men’s GO Run Max Road * shoes for Rs. **,*** from Amazon on ** November ****. The product developed defects within the warranty period.
I filed a warranty claim with Skechers South Asia Pvt. Ltd. and the claim was officially approved under Case No. ********. The company arranged a reverse pickup and collected the product from my address.
In the approval email, Skechers confirmed that a refund in the form of a voucher would be issued within * working days after receiving the product.
However, even after successful pickup and multiple follow-ups, the refund has not been issued till date. The company later gave contradictory responses instead of resolving the issue.
Complaints have already been filed with the National Consumer Helpline and CPGRAMS, but the company is still delaying the refund.
This has caused financial loss and mental harassment. I request Skechers to issue my refund of Rs. **,*** immediately.
