There was * transactions made on **th October’** for electricity bill payment. However, all * transactions got failed but refunds have not been initiated yet. It’s been more than ** days now. As per RBI guidelines, the refund should be made within * working days or else *** rs per day penalty has to be paid to customer. I have been following up with CRED support multiple times but every time they are responding as we are working on it and nothing has been done.
