Myntra has got the worst customer service. I returned the item because of it's poor quality and I received a message saying the refund was credited back.
The most dumb part is I have paid the amount through google pay linked to ICICI bank account and the support system of myntra tells me that it's Karnataka bank. When I approached the customer service they tell me they are sorry and can't help me. Whilst the irony is the amount has been credited to wrong account and to a wrong bank.
