Dear Sir/Mam

My name is Rahul and I am in the Indian Army. I called Maruti Express Logistics And Packers Pvt Ltd on ** June ****. I talked to one of the employees of Vijay Sangwan (**********) regarding household shifting from Gurdaspur to Lucknow and he said that the work will be done, after that he sent me a bar code and said that you can get it by making advance payment of Rs. ****/- on it and I made the payment, after some time due to some urgent work I had to change the plan and I requested for a refund, he said that I will get the refund but today it has been ** days but no refund has come and I am repeatedly messaging Vijay Sanjwan sir but there is no reply, I am very worried I request you to please help me. They have neither returned my money nor have they done the shifting. You people trust our army, so we also trust you that you will help me.
