I placed an order of flowers for birthday celebration at night **:** of **th October.So I chose the delivery time slot *:** PM to *:** AM.
The delivery called me on **th Oct afternoon adn said they will deliver by *:** PM as IGP's delivery guys wont work in the evening owing to Diwali. So I spoke with customer support and they acknowledged the same over mail and said they will cancel the order and initiate refund. Even after a week they did not take any action.
After several calls and false promises from IGP of refund, they sent a mail where they will redeliver the item or refund cashback to IGP wallet.
I dont want to give any service to IGP anymore, they spoiled my celebration and harassed for my money back.
