Ola Cabs had to refund me the above mentioned amount and took my NEFT details also. But it has been past ** days and I didn't recieve my refund. From Ola support, I cannot raise a new ticket as option is not there (was there earlier) and cannot call Ola support, because the message appears 'failed to place call'. Basically I'm blocked. It happened earlier also, for **rs amount. Same things and I never got that refund too. Ola is scam, is fraud and drivers are rubbish
