Hello
I have book my flight and hotel package of bangkok thailand on make my trip they took advance of rs ***** and we are going in april , due to covid ** pandemic goverment bannned all overseas packages due to this in that type of situation company should refund total amount of money back to me but they didn't take any actions and i have not get any refund from them so please help me how can i solve my problem
