The refund process is badly implemented. When you want to sell your course, you keep on calling or emailing people, but when that course does not suits a person profile after a trial, I felt I cant do this because my profile is entirely different, I am just running behind your team- Sudipta, Jijo and Sushmitha and all I am getting is same message, our refund policy is * days. So I have emailed within * working days only, but no action was taken. I am a professional working in a company so my weekdays are entirely busy, and you guys just cannot take one day in a consideration? Is this your customer service is? First take the money, and then dont give it back? I just hate to say, you guys are just money maker and not helping anyone in their career. When I am saying this course will not help me, then how can you just not refund? You are saying I should have asked within * days right? So thats I did. I made the payment on *st September and then I emailed Sudipta and Jijo on *th which makes * working days, and then Sudipta asked me to create support ticket on *th September which made it * days. How I am at fault? You guys are not even taking * day in consideration? Really? When you wanted money, you keep on calling and providing all the considerations and benefits, now boom all disappeared??? Pathetic
