On ** September *****,I have ordered * slippers from street style store but the size was big so I requested for exchange of size on ** September **** but even after * week there was no dispatch of product so on ** September **** I ask them to cancel the order and refund the amount...they said it will be refunded in one week..today is one week completed but still I don't get any refund
