I have installed tikona broadband since past *-* days and the internet speed is just horrible its */*th times slower than what was on the plan i have been calling their engineers who have installed it for *-* days first they said that it wouldnt install but then they installed anyway and now the internets not working i told the engineers to come
And see themselves the speed and they told me to file a complain and ask for refund as per the policy bur tikons customer support doesnt let me end the connection and get me my refund they just want to delay this process and dont wanna pay me back any refund
