Me and my friend was coming from a long distance. We were exhausted and booked a room in OYO. We went there and the hotel manager denied our check in. So we called the customer service and a girl named Shilpa took the call and said that she had cancelled the booking and had arranged another hotel for us. She said that we wont have any problem with the new hotel. When we reached to the new hotel they also denied our check in. And they did not even gave the whole refund.
