I asked this merchant to install wifi broadband service in July **** and at that time I was told that **% of the installation charges will be refunded when you’ll discontinue the service. He took Rs **** from me at that time and installed the router. After that I was not receiving continuous service. Internet speed was not good and when I use to call this merchant, he just disconnected the calls and never helped me. On *nd March **** I asked him to take the service off and refund **% of the charges. He has not replied since then and is not picking up my calls. When I visited his shop we got to know that he’s not the real owner of the shop and the actual owner said that he provides service but never comes to the shop. This is why they can’t do anything. It looks like a group of fraudsters to me who are just fobbing people and taking money from them. I’m being stalled by this owner from last *.* months that we are busy and we’ll come in few days but no one is coming. Kindly look into this as I’ve paid a big amount and now they are not helping.

When I told them that I’ll complain against them, they said do whatever you want to do and we are not afraid of anyone as this consumer forum is not gonna help you. Please look into this for me.
