Didn't get full refund as telephonically discussed with customer help that they already paid to EaseMyTrip but EaseMyTrip said that the company didn't get full refund why they are charge me ***** cancellation charge I can't bear that so I call customer help disk (EaseMyTrip) they said airline Air India charge this amount so that I want refund status only from your side give me refund status in figure please so I claim to to balance credit amount please my pnr no is J*PBQ and my ticket no is ************* please share the remarks to airline please send me
