PayPal India had an offer going on with Coolwinks.com which entitled a user ***% CASHBACK of **** rupees on a minimum purchase of **** rupees. My order totaled for **** rupees and made the payment via PayPal. I had to cancel my order. But instead of providing a refund the PayPal has provided me with a Voucher of **** rupees which gives me a discount of **** rupees at limited to zero vendors and when I demanded a complete refund they say that nothing can be done. Essentially, their consumer representative told that my **** rupees will stay with PayPal and for no good reason unless I decide to use it on their terms.
