I joined MITxMicroMasters – PGP in Data Science and Machine Learning program on *th January, ****.
The instructors and trainers assigned were not from MIT. And, they shamelessly make us register into an MIT course from edX which they are not any part of, which means they were not any part of or related to MIT in any way. So this was a very misled students to register in their course.
One can register in the MIT course from edX for free without any help from Intellipaat. Hence, I want refund.
I haven't come across any faculty or individuals related to MIT. It was all a lie and the Learning Ad was totally misleading.
I have stopped watching/attending lectures and sessions for the last * months. The EMI deductions have not stopped and hence, I wrote to them for refund of the course fee.
They have denied the refund and they are not at all considerate. They even warned me for wrong reasons by saying that they have a legal team as well.
Their behavior is unjust and course program is misleading. Please help me get back my hard earned money.
