My flight with Indigo , booked through yatra .com (Booking Ref No. *************) was cancelled due to nationwide lock down due to carnivorous . Although Indigo claims that they have paid ***% ( see the mail text attached ) , Yatra is not giving any satisfactory answer other than just giving rudimentary replies like , Due to social distancing etc they are in shortage of man power . Pls provide resolution as its pending from *th Apr **** , already send ** mails till now
