Pls see I made three bookings for fly scoot via makemytrip
Pls see booking id is NN************* for Vinay dugar may * chennai- Melbourne rs ***** pnr IYTSNQ
NN************* may * sapna dugar + * rs ***** pnr MD*R*X
NN************* Sydney chennai may ** vinay dugar +* rs ***** pnr E*ILJW
Pls see that due to covid ** flight was non operational and I cancelled flight via their website and the gave me option of full refund to the source account which is makemytrip.. I accepted and the emailed me that the refunds were made on may ** nd itself..
Now when I ask makemytrip they claim that flyscoot has filed bankruptcy and not passed any claims but on further search I found that only now scoot has filed bankruptcy and flyscoot is operational and accepting bookings on their website.. kindly investigate and help me on this as I plan serious legal action..
Pls see my many requests to makemytrip have failed and I request voxya to look into this..
