I have applied for an Airtel Xstream fiber connection on *nd Jan **** and was charged an amount of INR **** via netbanking after their salesperson ensured fiber availability in my area. It was only after a week they seem to remember that fiber facilities are not available in my area and promised me to refund my amount within * working days. I waited ** days for a refund, then proceeded to contact their customers support via email. Again I was promised a refund within * working days but it has more than * weeks(** working days) and i am yet to recieve my refund. And there is literally no way to phone their customer support from a non airtel number.
