I did a transaction through Google pay to purchase train tickets. The money was debited from my Icici bank account but the transaction failed and tickets were not issued. Google pay informed it will be refunded but has not been done. I asked my back they have confirmed the money has been credited to the beneficiary account. Google pay has not yet refunded.
