Hello friends
On last august, ****, I purchased havana guitar from https://musicamusicinstrument.com
, I paid ****. Their policy says they will contact me after one day. After more than ten days no one contacted me. So I called them, and they told they will refund my money . It's been almost three months , they keep telling me next month. Now they refuse to pick my calls . They neglect my emails and messages on WhatsApp and I even contacted their Instagram account. I have sent them tons of emails , sma, and called them hundred times . Now they said that they sent the guitar , but nothing reached me , and I had to buy another one from local shop. I paid online so I don't have any papers , but I still have the bank transaction I'd .
