I have ordered a yellow and grey kurti from Rust orange worth *** Rupees. The item when recieved was not good. In fact, the material was so cheap. I asked for a return. After numerous emails, they collected my item and they picked up the item. They said the money is initiated on June **, ****, yet it has not been credited and when I asked for the transaction id they are not responding at all. I have sent numerous mail yet they have not responded. They are just frauds cheating customers. I want the money back. Please do the needful.
