I had shortlisted the property through No Broker.com and paid token advance of ₹**,*** to get the documents for verification in October ****. I have also paid ₹**,*** to get the legal advice from No Broker. Later we had learned from the property owner that there is an issue with Water and lift maintenance. Hence we have requested No Broker to refund the amount as there is an issue from the property side, and they agreed to do so. I Later, we have requested No Broker to refund the amount as there is an issue from the property side and they agreed to do so. I have sent multiple email follow-ups and raised my issue over the social media. I got promised that they would refund my token amount of **,*** and the legal advice amount of **,***. They have refunded the **,*** amount by **,*** is still due from their side. It’s been ** months and I’m still awaiting their refund initiation. Please assist me to get the refund amount from No Broker.
