I booked bus tickets on **th dec at *:** am from Bangalore to Pondicherry, it was * tickets and the bus fare was ****/-. My boarding time was **:** am **st , later I had different plans Soo I cancelled since it was clearly mentioned in the cancellation policy that if I cancel it before * to * hour of departure time then the cancellation fees would be ****/- for per ticket
But I cancelled it before ** hours of departure time, once after cancelling the tickets it was clearly showing as canceled status and also was showing that the amount will be refunded within ** working hours in the app.
Then later the bus operator called me around ** am and I said that I had cancelled my bus tickets, he said that he havent received any information about it. I immediately checked in app and it was showing in confirmed status . Soo I called to customer care and said my concern but he couldnt help me out . On dec **st I had called to customer support for multiple times but no one could help me out from that. Later I got call from a customer executive and she said that it is not refundable and it is completely depends on the bus operator and we are not responsible for that , but it was not mentioned in the cancellation policy in the tickets .
Im Soo tired of calling the customer care and requesting them to refund my money , it is hard worked money and I cant leave just like that .
EaseMyTrip totally spoiled my day on **st dec . They literally created trauma to me on that day .
And then Im keep trying to call them and dropped numerous mails, but they didnt respond to any of my calls or mails.
This is really not tolerable
Easemytrip dont know how to run the process or business
They just Lott our money and be irresponsible for our concern
I want my money
I can go to any extreme level to get it done
