I recently made a purchase of some of the items from Myntra and made the payment of Rs.**** through my UPI App(MobiKwik). The transaction was placed and the amount got successfully debited from my bank account. However the order failed to get placed by Myntra. My order history remained empty. When I contacted to Myntra Customer Care support through call, I was told that my refund has been initiated and I'll be getting it withing **hrs. It's been * days and I still haven't received my refund. I've also mailed Myntra regarding the issue but no response has been received. Please do check and
