I had placed two orders on myntra online. First order was for two t-shirts of different sizes and worth ****.** rupees each. Second one was for two tops of different sizes and ***.** rupees each. I had returned both the orders within *-* days of receiving. For both the orders I got partial refund i.e. refund of one item in each order. I called myntra asking about my money. Their customer care "Champion" told me that he was not able to fetch refund details for my order and sent me an email later with some reference numbers. But my bank official asked me for ARN number for the refunds which I did not have. I called myntra again asking for ARN numbers. This time also they were not able to fetch the details but their "Champion" told me that the same reference numbers are the ARN numbers which they have. But the bank support people did not accept those reference numbers provided by myntra.
This is a very poor service for myntra. I placed these orders more than one month ago and I am still struggling to get my money back. Myntra has Repeated the same mistake twice and is not even able to deal with it professionally and letting their customer remain dissatisfied.
I will never want to order again from myntra and would suggest others also not to order from myntra in future.
