After repeatedly requesting Myntra to send their products in better packaging and still receiving damaged products (thrice) i decided that i no longer wanted to shop from them and just wanted a refund. One of the three damaged products that i received I asked for a refund as myntra points which i received,However the one where they had to transfer money into my bank account is yet to be credited despite me calling them consistently for the past * weeks and repeating my bank account details countless times. Every time they either ask me to wait for few more days or simply say that my details are not credible.It has been more than few weeks and this fraud website is yet to do something.
