I had a flight booking through MMT on *th April which was delayed by * hours. I was informed by the spicejet team on Airport that I am eligible for full refund so I shall contact my agent for the same.
I raised a special claim at * AM for my flight which was supposed to depart at * AM for refunding the amount. It has been almost * months now but still am just getting ignored by both the customer care teams and not receiving any resolution.
