Respected sir
I bought an smartwatch from amazon
Order id ***-*******-*******
But it is not connecting successfully with my phone so i request replacement for this but there is product is out of stock so the agent placed return for this item.
First the pick up agent is coming for pickup the product and i am out of town so i request again for return in customer care.
After this the product successfully picked up and sent to the amazon.
Now the amazon representative investigate and tell me that the returned product was local used watch and they can't provide refund
But i send original watch with original packaging.
The product must be changed by the pickup service agents.
I want the images of the product at the time of pick up clicked by pick up agent and the product recieved by the seller.
And want my money back sir .
Please provide me refund sir
