On May * when I cancelled my tickets from Delhi to Bhubaneswar by indigo, the airlines had given a complete refund on the next hour itself. But to my bad luck I used happy easy go to book my tickets and the refund went to them. Once airline is confirming refund and the customer care from HEG also saying about confirmation of refund from airline, then what confirmation more they need. Now I got to know I am not the first victim, their twitter and Google Play Store is filled with these complaints and people are waiting for like * to * months..... isn't this a fraud?
