Mein veertrip se ek ticket madurai se delhi keliye ticket book kiya tha **/**/**** ko book kiya tha mere account se amount deduct hogaya but PNR confirm nahi aaya tha,refund bhi nahi dera ** days hogya. Customer care se sahi jawab nahi mila,ye sabi chor hai.
