I am a netplus broadband user . I have tried to recharge my account on **/**/**. The amount was deducted but there was no update on my netplus account for recharge . I have tried sending them emails . But all they are saying to send them transaction id . I have sent them same for * to * times . But still there are not responding . I dnt know what to do now. My account is inactive now but i have already paid for my recharge. Bad services from netplus . Jio and airtel are far better than it.
