The easy*shoping.com had told us that they are generating bill and no money would be deducted but then they deduct ****. Now they are not refunding the money and also they are not picking our phone. The company name on which they are working is Ak solutions. The * persons are calling naming as Rohan, Neha, Sachin and Mayank. And the phone numbers from which calls are coming are **********, **********, **********, **********. Please do take very strict actions against them as they are misleading me in this matter regarding product and now regarding the refund of the money. Also they have no sense of thinking about consumer. From my point of view they are big froud and should be held behind bars or else penalty should be taken from them. Please help on this matter.
