I had booked Europe tour from SOTC.
My Tour date is *th june **** and i paid **,***/- for this booking.
After this pandemic situation i tried to cancel my booking, and mailed to company for cancel my booking and give my refund.
they told me to wait till **th april and than cancel after **th april,
but after that they give me two choice
- change the date of travel
or
- They will give vouchers for future travel till **st march ****.
These two option has some conditions also with some extra charges.
They did not give any option regarding refund.
Now they are not giving any reply of mail.
My decision is final that i don't want any voucher and not to change any travel date.
I want to cancel my booking and want my refund.
Please help me.
