I had placed an order at Udaipur (Order Id ***) on **th December
However the order stated **mins but was not delivered after ** mins as well and I ordered from platform and my train left before the order could be delivered. I then called the restaurant and they said not to worry you will get refund.
In first place I should have got the order on time as stated as I was wholly reliable on that meal for the night in train. Secondly if the order was not delivered I should have got the refine at my source of deduction of payment but they said will be credited in wallet within **hrs which was neither the case.
So after ** hours waiting raising tickets on dominos app not getting a single callback from you just a message stating I was not answering the call which I never got. Then later I again contacted store when I was home (Mumbai) and the store said sorry that time we did not process for wallet refund and now we can’t and said wheb you again come Udaipur we will give you now will I travel there just fir pizza how silly was it to even say!
Later the manager said go to the nearest store and call ne I will send the mail and you can order there. I went to dominos store near me where I waited around an hour just to hear after all the conversation mails between them that I can’t get this as this is different city/state. Now where is my mistake isn’t domino’s at fault. Finally I had to place order paying money again as the Udaipur store was telling me sir come Udaipur we will provide you here don’t worry.
Now it’s like a need a solution to this fucking problem you guys have between your outlets. I was to supposed to get refund then and there when it’s your fault why am I the sufferer. So I request you to process me the refund at the source of deduction I don’t want in wallet as I don’t want that money to spend on dominos again.
So process me to the source account if not possible I will give account details process it there.
And not just refund I need a compensation to this as I have faced a numerous issues spending yesterday again where I could have redeemed my existing money, we made the plan just to redeem the money later to find I need to pay from my pocket. Also that night in train had to sleep hungry just because of your deceiving timeline as later no other station at night had anything to eat or available for deliveries.
Help me with the refund and compensation at the earliest. Really disappointed with the Idaipur store of yours! If they would have done the refund I won’t be agitated nor writing you this long mail.
