I have made payment through UPI for order id ********* in zivame application. In their zcash question and answer section,,,there's a *th question where it is there like if the payment is made through bank account/upi then refund can be given either as zcash or back to source. And now when I ask them to refund my amount back they are refusing to do that. I want my payment back to source
