I've booked tickets on **th april **** via Airindia official websites traveling from New Delhi to San Francisco but unfortunately on *th May **** order for US travel ban from india has been executed. So on *th May i've called Airindia Customer care service and asked them what should i do as travel ban has imposed. The Officer Name Mr. Mr Pawan Nagar directed me that we should cancel the tickets and if we do so they will refund full ***% amount. So as we don't have any idea we believed him and asked him to do so. And now when we received the refund amount after * months delay we received partial refund and Airlines deducted Rs *****. As a cancelation charge. As this is a Fraud case as the executive told us that we will receive full amount ***% refund will be credited. Thats only the reason we agreed for cancelation else we don't wanted to cancel the flight. Kindly investigate this matter and i need my full refund as Mr pawan gave us false information its his fault he misguided us thats why we took the step for cancelation.
Also As per to gov policy It was travel ban on the time we have canceled the ticket we should receive the full refund. The order has circulated by Government Ministry Only that from *th May US travel ban has been imposed and passengers will get full refund so we are eligible for that. Also we did same what airindia executive told us. Mr pawan nagar.
