- Refund got delayed ^Closed

I have order * products in an single order ID: FL**********. In the same I returned * products I’ve received SMS stating that we have received ur products and we have initiated amount of the same wrt the order n will reflect the same in *-* business days. After some * days I check and I have received refund of only two products and yet to receive * product refund EX**********. When I called them regarding same they said we are checking on this and let u know the status by that. And I placed this order on July **, ****. I returned on July **, ****. I raised complaints on July **, ****. After many calls and follow up they said there is non ajio product received in our warehouse so we are checking with the concern team this was the reply from them from past * month. Till now not received any update on this. Here I have to mention points are - at the time of pick up the executive as checked the product in and out with all the bill and labels. And after receiving at warehouse the have sent out mail that we have received ur product the we will initiate refund for the same. After calling them for the same they have also clearly mentioned that there is some technical issue with payment team so we need some time. After calling post there deadline they said there is some update from warehouse team that we have not received ajio product. Till now no update regarding this plz refund my amount I have returned the same product I received.
