WE had taken byjus subscription on aug *st, by *th of aug we received the all the products. when opened we saw that tab wasnt working. we immediately repored to the concerned person, he mentioned will *-* days we shall receive the SD card. but we never got. after a week, we decided to cancel the subscription as we never got any kind of response from the team. till date we have been receiving calls , convincing us to continue the subscription, but no update regarding our refund, even after sending repeated mails and calls. the concerned person has blocked our calls and not responding to mails.
This has been a real torture for us and we have already paid EMI for * months.
