I had booked a flight to Canada from India through Easemytrip. The trip was initially planned on April **, ****. Due to Covid the filghts were cancelled and I have been trying for a refund till today. Though other online portals have issued refunds for the same flight, Easemytrip are not issuing the refund. Though the airlines provide a part of the cost as refund, there has not been any proper steps from the portal's side. All they do is send a reply mail saying they are following up and nothing of substance. Booking ID: EMT********
