Due to the low tariff problem, Oyo is having with hotels. This hotel didn't allow me to check-in. I called for * hours at the time of check-in but no-one helped me. Finally, I had to pay *** extra (that too after hotel authority was seeing me struggling and reduced their demand from **** to ***). Now after checkout also no one is taking this seriously. They keep telling me we'll arrange a callback from the team but no one calls me.
