I have made a flight booking for April* **** and April * **** on date Feb **** from makemytrip for SpiceJet airlines. Later due to pandemic all flights from March **th till *rd May have been cancelled. SpiceJet airlines have credited this amount to credit shell instead of refunding and keeping a condition that it needs to be used by the same list of passengers by Feb ****. This is injustifable as the pandemic is still around and asking the consumers to use the credit shell within a year or will get lapsed by making us suffer mentally and financially .
