I have booked my ticket they book from Toronto to new delhi in stay in usa so i have no idea about vis is required after that when i realises that visa is required then i call on ivr and cancel ticket it's fine but when the ticket is cancelled they ask ur ticket is. Non refundable they misguide me they not give any information about non refundable ticket plz solve my problem my trip id for clear trip is ************
