Subject: Complaint regarding deficiency in service and unfair billing – Madverse
I am filing this complaint against Madverse (Nesho Entertainment Pvt Ltd) regarding deficiency in service and unfair billing practices.
I purchased a subscription plan (Madverse Rise) for ₹*** on * March ****. Immediately after the purchase, I realized that the plan did not include the catalog migration feature that I required. I contacted their support team on the same day requesting guidance.
However, I did not receive a timely response. Due to the urgency of migrating my music from my previous distributor, I was compelled to upgrade to the Madverse Star plan for ₹**** on * March ****.
As a result, I ended up paying twice for the same service due to lack of timely support.
Additionally, I faced repeated issues with the platform:
- I raised more than ** support tickets regarding various issues
- My tickets were repeatedly closed without proper resolution
- My releases were incorrectly rejected based on my legal name (“Akshay TM”), despite providing valid identity proof
Only after repeated escalation were my issues addressed and releases approved.
I requested a refund of ₹*** or an equivalent adjustment (such as subscription extension), but the company refused citing internal policy and stated that no exceptions can be made.
This situation clearly indicates:
- Deficiency in service
- Lack of proper customer support
- Unfair billing due to forced upgrade caused by delayed response
I request the following resolution:
*. Refund of ₹*** (unused initial plan amount), or
*. Appropriate compensation for the duplicate payment caused by service failure
I request your assistance in resolving this matter.
