I placed an order with Evora Paris (Order ID: EVP**E*****Z) which was delivered to me on [delivery date]. After receiving the product, I found it unsatisfactory and not as expected.
I contacted the company within the stipulated time via email requesting a return/refund, but I have either not received any response or my request has not been resolved properly.
The company follows an extremely restrictive and unfair refund policy and has failed to provide proper customer support or a reasonable resolution.
I am seeking a full refund of the amount paid and appropriate compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to poor service and unfair trade practices.
I request Voxya’s assistance in resolving this issue amicably or through legal intervention if required.
