On **th January ****, I paid ₹**** and made a booking at Sinha Auto Sale in Muzaffarpur. However, due to some personal reasons, I requested to cancel the booking. I followed up many times, but they did not refund the money. After some time, the showroom closed down.
Then I tweeted about it, and the company officials replied saying the company would process the refund. But even after telling the company people, * months have passed and they still haven’t refunded the amount. They neither pick up my calls nor reply to my messages.
