I've purchased Philips hair straightener from myntra. there was heating issue and scratches on the product and it looked like an old product. i raised a return request from myntra but they are denying to take back the product and not giving back my money. they are saying it's not their responsibility and telling me to contact Philips regarding it. I've tried everything, contacted myntra customer care several times but no remedies were provided.
i want my refund from myntra.
please take steps regarding this complaint.
