Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics
The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased one Asus Vivobook k** oled laptop with order id OD****************** from Flipkart on **th March , **** and was delivered on **th March ****. The product has a body dent for which I requested a replacement and it was accepted after * days. But the replacement product didn't reach my address but went to Thane, Maharashtra. It was done deliberately by the Flipkart courier service. Now i requested them and they agreed for refund. When the pick up boy came he refused to pick up the product giving lame excuses that body dent doesn't come under body damage. So my refund got cancelled giving lame excuses. Meanwhile I again contacted Flipkart and a replacement product was delivered to me on **th March **** but it was a used product as the brand seal on the package was missing and in place of that it was sealed with Flipkart seal. When I opened the box I found that the chassis lid has a slight bend and there were thumb impressions on the laptop. Moreover the charger or the adapter was missing. It only means that the product has been used earlier. Next, i requested them to compensate me as I have already incurred losses for the product and i purchased the product for my business purpose. But they are neither refunding my money nor compensating me. Under these conditions, I need a full refund or in Lieu of that compensation.
