Mesho app didn't refund my amount after returning their product
They blocked my account and when I called customer care they told that multiple return is the reason of blocking the account.
If the product is not good or incomplete then I have to return
And when my last order is returned they updated in mesho application that refund amount is reflect but after that they without informing blocked my account and when i called for this issue they told me we cannot refund your amount because account is blocked.
Please help me

I received the wrong product and when i put a return request they are telling that now the address is not under return pickup and not even giving response. They are telling me to do self courier that was not mentioned earlier ...
