we have booked flight tickets from varafi.com on jan **th ****, suddenly they have aborted our booking on jan **th and told us they will refund the amount with in *-* days. till this date we didn't recieve the amount. we have sent many follow up's through e-mails since the incident has happened. till this date we didn't recieved the amount.
